01 · Operating principle
The travelling support arm
On classic sliding gates an external triangle bears the lever forces — visible, bulky, space-consuming. IntelliGate moves this task to a travelling support arm that slides discreetly inside the rail.
Lever-force balancing
The support arm dynamically balances the lever forces as the gate moves. This allows a slim construction with full stability — even for wide openings.
Construction without triangle
Because the support arm carries the load, the classic triangle is removed entirely. The gate looks visually calmer and the construction is far more compact.
Stability note
Despite its slim construction, IntelliGate matches the load capacity of classic sliding gate systems up to 8 m clear opening.

Six variants, two drive options
IntelliGate comes in several system sizes — matched to your gate’s clear opening. For the drive you choose between a classic rack-and-pinion system or our in-house on-board motor.
Mounting length by clear opening
The required mounting length depends on the desired clear width. Larger gates need longer support arms — and therefore more space beside the driveway.
400 mm to 1,050 mm mounting length
The smallest IntelliGate for 3 m clear opening needs 400 mm mounting length. The largest standard system for 8 m needs 1,050 mm.
Custom version
For clear openings over 8 m we build IntelliGate systems individually to your specifications.
