Classic cantilever sliding gates need lateral space to retract the full length into the yard. That space is often missing — on corner plots, in narrow industrial entrances, or where existing vegetation gets in the way. The CETA Telescopic Gate solves this with a clever piece of engineering: two separately driven leaves that telescope into each other as they open.
How it works
Where a single-leaf sliding gate needs its entire opening length as parking space, the telescopic gate splits that distance across two leaves. Both leaves move in sequence — the outer one first, then the inner — fitting into a much shorter stretch of fence. The result: up to 30 % more clear opening at the same plot width.
Typical applications
- Narrow industrial entrances with heavy truck traffic
- Private properties with limited side clearance
- Yards where existing trees or walls must stay
- Storage areas hemmed in by buildings on both sides
Made-to-measure in Austria
Every telescopic gate is built to order in our workshop in Fladnitz an der Teichalm — clear openings up to 8 m × 2 m, available with bar, perforated-sheet, or design infills. Optional combination with IntelliGate controls or solar operation.
